This blog is devoted to fighting the enemy within, to examining every detail of our lives in light of God's truth, the Bible, so that sin in all it's expressions can be fought. Sadly, I think the quote above is true. It's not acceptable that God, His Word, His gospel, His Son rest too inconsequentially on Christianity today because the last thing God, His Word, His gospel and His Son are are inconsequential. I want that to end.
Worst of all, I can see that all those things are inconsequential in me, and I hate it.
Personally, I hope this blog will help change that in me, and I think this change starts by the power of the Spirit in individuals who are infected by a high view of God, and then spread that "virus" until the prayers of the psalmists are answered and God's glory is over all the earth (Psa 57:5, 11; 72:19; 108:5).
