PIT Homework Due May 28th

Hello Men!!!

I hope this blog post finds all of you well. Because half of you missed our last PIT meeting, I wanted all of you to have the homework assignment so you know what to bring with you, completed, on May 28th @ 7pm, the next Thursday night we meet.

Your homework is as follows:

1. Finish John Piper's Brothers, We Are Not Professionals
2. Email me a topic you want to write about concerning common apologetic/evangelistic questions people pose. We will read one of the papers and critique it next we meet.
3. I want you to spend at least 1 hour examining one verse: Ephesians 5:18. I want you to list as many things as you can in answer to the question "What does this text say?" (NOTICE: I'm not asking, What does this text mean? - VERY important!!!). Then, I want you to answer the question "What does this text NOT say?" and list as many things you can find to that question too.
4. For you passage, I want you to write your answers to the 6 questions (Who? What? Where? When? Why? How?), identify key words for fruther study and write it out in Greek.
